Reset Customer Login Password and Secret Word

Reset Customer Login Password:
To reset the Customer Login Password, login to the WebControlCenter at
https://www.webcontrolcenter.com/customer.aspx with your Customer ID and account password. From here, access the menu item "Customer" and from "Security," click on "Reset Customer Login Password."

Before the Customer Login Password can be reset, you must first submit the correct secret word. Type in your answer and click on the "Submit" button. If successful, you will be able to enter your new password and confirm it in the two required fields. Select the "Save" button on top.

When accepted, you should see green text that reads, "Your password has been reset."

Reset Customer Secret Word;
To reset the Customer Login Secret Word, login to the WebControlCenter at
https://www.webcontrolcenter.com/customer.aspx with your Customer ID and account password. From here, Navigate to Customer > Security > Reset Customer Secret Word.

Before the secret word can be reset, you must first submit the correct secret word. Type in your answer and click on the "Submit" button. If successful, a drop down menu will appear with new secret questions. Select a question and enter your answer. We suggest using all lower case letters with no spaces for ease of use. Select the "Submit" button on top.

When accepted, you should see green text that reads, "Your Secret Word has been reset."
