provides Fail2ban (a premium brute force attack/ intrusion prevention
framework) to all shared Linux customers as an added measure of security.
monitors FTP requests and requests from your email clients (using POP3 or IMAP).
If Fail2Ban detects ten failed login attempts within ten minutes, the IP address
attempting to connect will be automatically banned for one
If a customer gets temporarily locked out, yet must gain access more quickly than the temporary
ban will allow for, they may contact customer support at 1-877-323-4678. Our agents will be able to manually remove the block, in real-time.
