 Manage Users Smartermail Admin

This article is designed to walk customers through reaching the SmarterMail admin area in both the WebControlCenter and WSM (Web Services Manager)


Web Control Center
 
       
 
  • From the grey bar on the left click on the icon that looks like gears(settings)
  • From the settings column select domain settings  and then users.
      
 
  • Select the user you would like to manage and click edit.

  • Click on the tab labeled View Details
 
 
Click on Login to SmarterMail
 
  • On the product details page scroll down until you see the button labeled login as domain administrator.
  • From the grey bar on the left click on the icon that looks like gears(settings)
  • From the settings column select domain settings  and then users.
 
      
 
  • Select the user you would like to manage and click edit.
 
From this area you can update/change passwords, add/delete users, create forwards, and manage other settings
